Stephen has been an excellent tutor, very organised, very inspiring and very reliable.

Stephen was clearly very good and knew his stuff. However he was a bit impatient. For example, when he asked questions, he did not give my son time to answer but dived in with suggestions, so my son did not get a chance to exercise his language skills. This frustrated my son and put him off. However, I would not wish to hold this against Stephen, as we had technical problems at our end and then he had technical problems at his end, which blighted the start of the lesson. I'm sure he will be good with other kids.

Stephen really is an excellent tutor. He has inspired my son from struggling at National 5 level and not particularly enjoying the subject to taking Higher Spanish and loving it. I would highly recommend Stephen as he is very flexible and goes out of his way to help before, during and after lessons.

Stephen has been an excellent tutor for our son, who is currently studying National 5 Spanish. Stephen uses a wealth of material and experience to fully engage him. Lessons are constructive and fun. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Stephen gives good structured lessons to our 16 year old who is studying for SQA Higher Spanish. He is experienced and very professional.

Stephen tutored my daughter in Spanish higher for 6 sessions and made a huge difference, contributing to a B grade in her prelim when she'd had very limited tuition at school due to a vacancy in the language department. Stephen was really flexible, really responsive to my daughter's needs and able to tune into her confidence levels and gradually build these through a gradual programme of development and reinforcement. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stephen to any pupil studying for an exam.
