I have a Master’s Degree in International Business and a BSc (HONS) in Business. I have 16 years experience working in Further Education. I have successfully managed (and continue to do so) A Levels in Business, Economics and Accounting. I therefore have a depth of knowledge and experience in supporting students to achieve excellent grades. I am passionate about anything business related, and this comes across in my teaching and the learner experience.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught A Level Business for both the Edexcel and AQA specification for several years. (Since 2008).
I am an examiner for both Edexcel and AQA too and have many years (since 2010) experience of examining A Level Business papers.
I have also taught level 3 business, travel and tourism, the EPQ, and A Level Accounting.

Tutoring Approach

I offer a bespoke tutoring service whereby we will create a tailored tutoring programme based on what the learner needs to focus on, what their challenges are, and how we can break these challenges down. It is learner focused, and I take my lead from what the learner needs to focus on. I embed the subject knowledge very much into exam context, so the learner is continuously learning how to embed the theory in an exam style approach.
