I am a Canadian teacher who moved to the UK in September 2015. For the past 9 years, I have been teaching in mainstream primary schools as well as tutoring children in Year 2-16. I have a real passion for helping students feel good about themselves and helping them understand concepts that they struggle with.

I have been teaching for 9 years in mainstream primary schools and tutoring for 8 years. I have worked with children with SEND.

Tutoring Approach

I believe that every child has the potential to understand a concept - it all depends on how they are being taught and if they are engaged in the lesson. I tailor my tutoring sessions to the individual and try to make it as fun for them as I can. I believe that children learn best when they are engaged and having fun.
