A First Class BSc (Hons) Physics Graduate with a passion for both the space sector, and sharing my enjoyment of science. With both academic and industry experience, I see science as a subject area anyone can gain from as it is so widely applicable, and hope to support students in their journey to understanding the world around us. Beyond academia, you won't find me far from creativity whether that's behind a camera, drawing or music, and often out on a road or mountain bike whenever I have the chance!
Having worked within a secondary school as a Science Teaching Assistant and Lab Technician, I have consolidated my enjoyment of teaching, later on conducting my own revision, and small tutor sessions to support students particularly in Physics as well as leading some lessons for those preparing for GCSEs for small groups and individuals.
The vast topic of science can appear daunting, but by breaking these often large topics into digestible sections, I aim to consolidate key concepts. Building confidence in a student's ability to answer questions and think analytically is crucial, so by regularly incorporating exam style questions and logical structure straight from exam board specification means I can offer engaging and rewarding sessions that meet the student's goals.
