I am passionate and enthusiastic about Chemistry and the sciences and enjoy keeping up to date with recent findings and discoveries. I am currently working on a biology degree to become dual qualified.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching for 9 years at a local High School and have had a range of s1-s6 students. I have regularly taught the National 5 chemistry course and have also taught the Higher Chemistry course as well as tutoring in both for the last 9 years and marked for the SQA during exam time. Over the past 2 years, I have also taught the AH course.

Tutoring Approach

I believe in the inclusive approach to teaching. No student should be discriminated against due to their background or rate of learning. I feel that every student can learn something if a teacher is patient enough to find the correct method for them.
