I'm currently a civil servant but going back to study medicine in September as a mature student! I graduated at the top of my class in Natural Sciences, Physics and Maths, at UCL and am very passionate about teaching maths and sciences to all levels!
2 years tutoring experience of Maths and Physics from KS3 to A-Level
My passion for tutoring stems from my belief that everyone is capable of understanding and succeeding in the maths and sciences, regardless of what others and even teachers might claim!
My approach is to get students excited about solving problems and relating what feels like dry theory into something more tangible and practical. That's why we'll do lots of questions and examples to get students recognising patterns and feeling at ease with concepts. Fingers crossed the proof of the pudding will be in the scores, but more importantly, in a student's belief that they can and WILL succeed :)
