Vicky is incredibly knowledgeable in mathematics and in physics as well as extremely patient ! Even with very specific 3rd year university modules, I am yet to encounter a question that Vicky was not able to solve. She is also very clear in her explanations and adapts her teaching to the method preferred by the student. I really appreciate how detailed her mathematical explanations are and the clear methods given to solve various problems.
I highly recommend Vicky !

Victoria is lovely and great in how she is able to understand my son's way of learning. She is able to teach him in a way that he better understands.

My daughters had only one lesson each so far. However, they enjoy Victoria’s style of teaching and we are looking forward for a long term working with Victoria.

My son really enjoys his lessons with Vicky. She is a very knowledgable tutor too and is able to explain things in a way that my son understands.

We chose Vicky to help my daughter with preparation for her A Level mathematics exam through online lessons. After the first lesson, my daughter decided it was not condusive to her learning to conduct the lessons on Skype and would prefer face to face tuition. I don't think this is related to the tutor's ability and more to do with the subject matter and how ameniable it is to online learning. My score is reflective of this and is intended to be neutral to indicate neither a recommendation or disavowal of Vicky's abilities as a tutor. From a logistical and organisational perspective, she was very professional and reliable.

My son came out of 1st lesson feeling that he had been really listened to and his needs addressed. 2nd lesson booked.

Very understanding, patient and kind. Always tried her best to explain things with diagrams and images so I would understand. Whenever I would be confused about something she was always happy to re explain everything until I understood it. I found she made quite hard concepts in physics, easier to understand.

She is a good tutor.I would definitely recommend .

Although I could not follow up our first session with regular ones due to various logistical problems I was impressed by Vicky's prompt replies to my e-mails and her flexibility in agreeing to potential ad hoc sessions. My daughter was also duly impressed by Vicky's clear explanations on certain concepts. If we had more sessions with Vicky I am sure we would have rated Vicky's tuition as excellent.

Amber was struggeling in maths with vickys help she has been awarded class champion for beating her maths wall and we highly reccommend her to anyone and everyone

Vicky's mathematical basis has proved invaluable to me throughout BSc Physics stage 2 and 3. She's patient and collected (but most of all, friendly!), and there's been virtually nothing I've encountered so far that she hasn't been either able to explain immediately, or been comfortable looking into in advance or alongside myself during a session to find a helpful answer
I find her approach to problems experienced and methodical, and whilst we have a quite different way of looking at situations in physics she's very good at working around that and tailoring her explanations and demonstrations to my way of understanding things.
Another big plus for anyone with a busy or varied weekly schedule, it's always been easy to move tuition slots around to accommodate even last-minute changes of plan for me. For anyone studying degree-level maths or physics, but certainly A-Level and GCSE material I would truly, wholeheartedly recommend Vicky's tutelage!

Vicky is really well prepared for the sessions.
She was able to analyse my son's needs immediately and within a couple of weeks give him enough pointers to how to answer exam questions that he is already feeling more confident.

Vicky tutored our daughter as she required help with preparation for her GCSE maths examination. Vicky quickly identified what aspects of the subject our daughter was struggling with and prepared tutorials around these issues. Her instruction lead to our daughter having a much better grasp of maths in general, which in turn gave her a confidence in her abilities in the subject which she had previously lacked. We would highly recommend her.
