Vivien's Feedback

I want to really thank Vivien for going out of her way to accommodate a lesson at very short notice. She listened to our requirements, and from only 1 lesson tried to provide these.
Unfortunately the style of lesson was not quite what we were looking for in our particular case. I am certainly not leaving general negative feedback at all. Vivien has a clear love and knowledge of her subject. It was just that the lessons in this particular case were not what we had been looking for, or quite suitable to the need. Vivien was extremely helpful and quick to answer messages. We know she will continue to successfully tutor many students in future and thank her for her time.

Vivien currently provides tutor support in GCSE english for our son Ellis. Vivien has always been professional in her approach and communicates effectively with us, as parents, in the progress of Ellis.

Ellis has already witnessed the benefits of using a tutor and is happy to continue with Vivien as she tailors the sessions to his personal needs, with consideration to his current school activities.

I believe that Ellis will continue to develop with Vivien and I would recommend her tutoring services to others.

Vivien helped my daughter with her GCSE revision. I wish we had started using her sooner as she had a great impact, enlivened the subject and generated real enthusiasm for a subject that had previously been just an exam to get through.
