Hi! My name is Will and I am a vastly experienced teacher of English as a foreign language to students of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.

Having previously worked abroad, teaching both adults and children, I am now based in the UK working one-to-one with one of the world's biggest sports teams helping both coaches and players to improve their English language skills and cultural knowledge.

I provide bespoke English language tuition to meet the language-learning needs of each individual student and make learning fun using authentic resources and materials to aide my teaching.

Students note my professionalism, subject knowledge and strong communication skills as three of my key strengths. I firmly believe that these qualities in addition to building a good rapport with each student are the key to achieving excellent results and enjoying your course.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy travelling and learning about different cultures. I am also a sports fanatic and play football and do crossfit regularly often accompanied by my 7 year-old cocker spaniel.

I am justifiably proud of my achievements in helping students of mixed ages and ability, ranging from a pre-intermediate to an advanced level, to significantly improve their English, to pass exams and use their English in the workplace. All of my students who have taken Cambridge exams (PET, FCE and CAE) passed successfully and many have gone on to prepare for higher-level exams this year or have gained entry to an English school or university. I have also helped many learners prepare for job interviews and work on their CV to find the right jobs for them.

Most importantly, I take great pride in helping people settle and adapt to a new culture and way of life so that they feel confident and happy.
