William is a brilliant tutor! I am learning the double bass as a beginner with no musical knowledge at all and I have already learnt lots in just a few lessons with William! He makes learning fun and I couldn’t recommend William highly enough. Looking forward to my next lesson already.

Latin is a new language, we have truly appreciated the tailored approach, his knowledge, and the methods William uses. The material he uses is well written.

We have had only four lessons so far. We shall carry on the Latin journey with William - we have enjoyed the challenge every week and always look forward to it.

Brilliant tutor, very professional and teaches in a way which instills confidence in yourself and your abilities. Would definately recommend, he has been an amazing help to me with my Classical Greek, and has helped me to tackle hurdles which were hindering my ability to pass my exams.

WIlliam is an excellent tutor - just wish we'd used him earlier.

The second he walked through the door I knew he would make a difference. William is an amazing tutor as well as being a wonderful person. He and my son instantly clicked and he has made a subject, Latin, more enjoyable and exciting to learn than what it was before. After the 1st lesson my son said that William had already taught him 3 different ways of learning he had never known and this ,for him, was the key. I can highly recommend William an absolute saviour!!

William is helping my daughter immensely and she is making great progress in her latin with his input. I can thoroughly recommend him.

William has been a great help to me. He is always prepared and helps me to focus on what I need to know. He has introduced me to various other learning aids (eg DVDs)

William is a very personable tutor who really helps his pupils get to grips with the subject. He does it in such a way that I don't believe my son ever really thought he was studying; this helped him make some sort of effort towards passing his Latin GCSE. If I had more children, I'd definitely ask William back to do more. William will help a lot with Dido and Aeneus; that's what we had to do too! Best of luck.

My son progressed significantly after a few sessions with William. He, even, admitted to enjoying Latin at this time. Would highly recommend William as a tutor.
