I'm a mum to two beautiful boys who are now, 20 and 15. I am aspiring to be an academic at university studying currently towards a QTS/PGCE in Religious Education with a focus on Religion, Philosophy and Ethics. I have a up to date DBS.

Tutoring Experience

I'm currently studying for a QTS alongside a degree in Religious Education (Religion, Philosophy and Ethics). So my experience isn't varied yet. I will update when I will be towards the end of the course.

However, I have privately tutored children for an independent school's entrance exam specifically focusing on the Religious Education element and they got in!

Tutoring Approach

I like to use styles which are more suitable for the learner, this mainly translates to a more successful tailored approach I've learnt over the years of tutoring my two sons and others. I like to also take a different approach to the subject which I find particularly helpful for revision for exams such as, discussions of certain ideas and
questioning of themes throughout the Religious Education syllabus.
