Welcome students! My name is Zainab and I am prepared to teach English as I have achieved high grades throughout my education and actively use it in my career. I am aware of what exam boards look for in answers to achieve higher marks, so teaching this to students will positively impact their grades as well. I have earned a university degree in Law which requires excellent language skills. From informally teaching multiple of my young cousins by reviewing their homework and helping them work through anything they don't understand - I look forward to expanding my tutoring group and to meeting you and hopefully making a few extra young friends ;)
I am equipped with teaching both English language and English literature as knowledge of both subjects is important in my career. As an aspiring lawyer, I need to be able to interpret complex legal cases and use correct grammar and punctuation when writing an essay (which facilitates English language), but I also need to analyse cases themselves and dig deeper behind the words, which facilitates my knowledge of English literature. English is an essential aspect of every job and you will need to be good at it if you want to progress in your career - so I look forward to stimulating your minds.
Also happy to teach Spanish to primary and secondary students as I achieved good grades in this subject throughout school and have participated in an exchange student project involving a week long trip in Spain.
Informally teaching young cousins and working in groups throughout my education to teach other complex concepts during revision.
Reviewing homework and creating lesson plans to further students' knowledge in areas they don't understand.
