Over twenty years’ teaching experience of both children and adults. Teaching and tutoring experience in education within the independant and state sector. At present teaching in a independent school for girls dedicated to guiding students to succeed while inspiring a passion for learning. All my students have gained their predicted or above grade and gone on to further study. Experience of teaching SEND students and EAL students.
Approach to tutoring is individually tailored to the tutee and their needs. Each session is planned and ends with constructive advice for future sessions. Teacher notes and homework tasks are provided to ensure tutee makes constructive academic progress.
